FRANCHISEE CORPORATE REORGANIZATION
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
Upon signing, franchiser employs franchisee not to alter standard conduct of business. In the case of merger, consolidation and or reorganizing the company, franchisee must obtain agreement of franchiser in writing before any changes may be executed. No exchange, or transfer of stock will be recognized unless in accordance of prior contractual agreement or written request with legal consent.
